Project Description: New Construction of Spa, Guestrooms, and Reception Building with Commercial Kitchen, Dinning and Bar Facilities.

Mechanical Services: HVAC systems include ground source heat pumps, kitchen hood exhaust and make-up air systems, and wine storage systems. This is a LEED Platinum project with very high energy efficiency.
