2/12/08 Letter from 'Rebuilding Together' www.rebuildingtogether.org Dear Mr. Peterson: On behalf of Rebuilding Together Rohnert Park-Cotati, we would like to extend a special thank you to you and your company for assisting us in providing a furnace to a low-income family in need and to Mike Broadhead for the installation. The mission of Rebuiilding Together Rohnert Park-Cotati is to rehabiliate the homes of low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly and those who special needs so that they may live in safety, comfort and independence. We do this at no cost to the homeowners. All materials are provided through donations; we are happy to say that every dollar we receive is quadrupled by in-kind donations and volunteer labor allowing us to serve more people. Labor for these projects is provided by skilled, semi skilled and unskilled volunteers. It is a wonderful program. We have our annual Rebuild Day coming soon, Saturday, April 26th, and have identified 16 projects to be worked on that day. On March 11th, we will be hosting an informational reception at the Standards of Excellence Show Room in Rohnert Park for those what want to know more about our programs. Watch for you invitiaton and we hope your company will be represented. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office at 707.588.2219. 9/10/07 North Bay Business Journal HVAC Contractors add 150 employees ... Peterson Mechanical also added 25 jobs and is preparing to start with two pending management hires, according to owner Les Peterson. Key to the growth, set to reach $32 million in revenue this year and $40 million next year, are multiyear contracts on large projects for Kaiser Permanente, Queen of the Valley and Sutter Health as well as the Green Music Center at Sonoma State University. Another major factor in the growth is an emphasis on growing their commercial service division. "We're involved in the building of a lot of buildings, but we've never gone back and said we can do service contracts," Mr. Peterson said. Company revenue is presently $30.2 million.
